VRM Dashboard incorrect grid export/import on 3-phase MultiPlus-II with Enphase PV

I have an issue with energy stats on my VRM dashboard and need help.

System Setup
3x Victron MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-50 in a 3-phase configuration. Cerbo GX. Enphase via Modbus TCP.
No external meter. Phase compensation is set.

The system is performing great. net grid power is balanced out nicely around 0 W.

The VRM Portal Dashboard and report shows large “To Grid” energy export.

Questions
Is there a way to force the VRM dashboard reports to calculate net power across phases based on internal CT measurements

Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

This is caused by how VRM aggregates energy without a dedicated grid meter.

With Phase Compensation active, total 3-phase power balances to 0 W, but individual phases still push/pull power (e.g., L1: -1000 W, L2: +600 W, L3: +400 W). Net grid power is 0 W, but without an external meter, VRM calculates energy per phase independently—logging that 1000 W on L1 as export (“To Grid”).

There is no software setting to force net-only calculations in VRM using internal CTs alone.

Solution: Install a dedicated grid meter. The best option is the Victron VM-3P75CT Energy Meter:

  • Direct Integration: Plugs into Ethernet/VE.Can (faster and more reliable than Modbus RS485).

  • Easy Install: Uses split-core CT clamps (no cutting main cables).

  • Accurate Stats: Cerbo GX gets true net 3-phase power, fixing the false export readings on VRM.

To be honest there is alot that doesn’t make sense there, even on the GX screen. Do you really have no loads on the output of the inverters two of the three phases?

For example
Production - battery charge - AC loads (net zero on export not used.)

6928 - 2440 - 2512 = 1976 watts that are missing.

Are your enphases on ac out or AC in?
If on ac in you definitely need a meter. And definitely check your set up on the GX

My Enphases are indeed on AC. My thought was that my Zero load is because of the PV inverters are on AC. In the eavening I do see a correct load on AC. when you say “check your set up on the GX”, where are you refering to? There is so mutch to setup on the GX :slight_smile: . All support is appreciated.
