Why peoples who have user account can’t use dashboard control options on VRM? There is example EVCS and DESS on/off options what should be usable all of users. I understand there is some options what could be only to technician and admin, but why there is not limited controls to user?
Because some people dont want users to have any control.
Maybe another profile needs to be added. View only, then user (some control) then technician and admin.
I agree. Maybe one new profile like “read only” would be good. I think users of the user profile should be able to adjust their EVCS settings.
