When I use the Vrm and click on the controls icon, it says its connecting but never does. Does not time out. Used to work before changing me email address as the owner. However, it works when connect locally through the console. And if i use the vrm directly. It has the same icon but switches icon beside the controls icon, and the work as the controls icon used to work. Any idea how to use the contact switchs x2 remotely? Thanks.
Its usually a problem when the relatime connection to the installation is a bit of an issue. Or the trafffic is too slow. I have a couple of installs where they have problems like what you described and it is usually the ones where their home network connection is low.
