VRM Beta - GX relay switch renaming not appearing

I have renamed one of the built in relays in the Cerbo GX to a custom name within the Venus OS. In the beta VRM instance, the switch shows up as GX Relay 1 and not the custom name. Have some custom switches created in Node Red and they appear OK.

Using 3.82 ~14 beta Venus OS

Iirc this was reported before and it isn’t yet implemented in vrm, it is new functionality in the OS.

Thanks. I guess a workaround for the time being would be to turn off the local switch in Venus and assign the relay to virtual switch in Node-Red so it can appear with a custom name.

why is it that one relay got the label in VRM and the other did not? 12V freezer did not get maned in VRM.

also in the latest website update the controls are not connecting, I tried on both my laptop and ipad. thank you for this amazing platform!

I see the same issue in firmware 3.73 with the large installation both node-red and signalk.
It is ok on the cerbo gx display but in VRM it will show up with relay one name “GX Internr relä 1”

Tried to reload the vrm page and tried to rename the relay, no difference.

I have the same firmware as you, and the issue is only with relay 1. Can I ask does your controls load? it’s the button in VRM to the right of switches.

This is indeed not working properly on VRM, I’ve reported the issue to the VRM team.
