In the Victron Connect app, the phase sequence shown for the energy meter is incorrect: it displays L1-L3-L2.
We measured the phase rotation, and it is clockwise.
We also checked the terminals and the transformers; everything is correctly connected as L1-L2-L3.
The phase detection method is set to Vector.
What else can I check or configure?

Please check everything again… something is wrong there…or swap the “wrong L2” with the wrong L3
The rotating field shown on your side is anticlockwise.
That’s how it should be.
PS: What happened to the problem with the fuses?

I’ve installed the fuses for now.
Yes, the phase sequence is counter-clockwise like this.
I have a three-pole switch after the utility meter.
I measured the direction of rotation at the switch, and it was clockwise.
I then used the Duspol to measure between the phases at the switch and the voltage input of the energy meter.
L1-L2-L3 are connected in the same sequence.
I also checked that the current transformers are in the correct sequence and that the arrows point towards the load; everything is OK.
I’ll take another look at it tomorrow.

For me, the main purpose of a user forum like this is to provide other users with factual help. Personal attacks have no place here. Whether you’re a qualified electrician, a company or simply a private individual doesn’t matter initially; you have a problem and are turning to the community for advice.
Please check everything again from all angles. From a distance, I suspect that something has been mixed up.
For the further setup of the system, it’s important that the phase the Grid Meter identifies as L1 is also the phase to which the MultiPlus is connected. That’s also stated in the documentation.
