which cable do i need to connect to rasp pi with venus OS. I’m struggling with this I bought Victron Energy VE.Direct to USB Interface Compatible with VE.Direct Connection Products but it does not connect into the chrager ---

The VE.Direct uses plain Cat5E Ethernet cables. Ready made should be available in almost any big store. ---

To connect VE bus products to a pi, you need the Mk3/USB adapter. This connects to the inverter with a standard UTP Ethernet cable. VE Direct is a different interface used on MPPT’s and some smaller inverters.
