I have a Victron Multiplus 24/5000/120, that the PIC is damage, I need the HEX file (2200110.Hex).
Any one know here can I download?

You could probably just flash the chip with the firmware and correct it.
The hex by itself is not available.

I dont know your chip number or how old your unit is.
There are instructions here

For sure he is talking about an ooooold version.
The one with standard discretes and passives (without SMDs) and the old 40DIP PIC.

I have my suspicions there too. But the older units also gave support and instructions.

Indeed, but he doesn’t seem to have the the HEX file…
Probably wants to program it with a PICkit interface, directly on the microcontroller.
Probably his request will fall on deaf ears as long as Victron is concerned, regarding direct / unencrypted firmware…

Yes this victron have to PIC chips, I need the hex file for the small one.
