Victron mppt 75/15 not loading

Hi

My mppt stoped loading 3 days ago.

Cannot understand why ?

This how it looks from the app

I measured the cable from the panel and it shows 19v

Need som advice

Have you checked the fuse

Solar panel voltage needs to be a few volts higher than the battery voltage for the dropout voltage over the semiconductors. In your case it is lower so no charging current is possible.

It could be a poor connection on the panel supply such as a breaking wire or corroded MC4 connector. Such a poor connection allows enough power through the register full voltage with a multimeter but when the controller tries to run not enough power can get through. Check your panel to controller wiring.

I try to find the schematic MPTT 75/15 where the fuse is placed (can not find it)

The ATC fuse is to the left of the battery terminals accessible from the bottom.

There is a fuse at the device.

Yes, I now where the fuse is. But where is it in the (intern electronic/schematic) logic (PV Input, Batt, Load or intern)

I ask for check the fuse @Peter

It’s at the battery side.

Fuse OK

When you measured the PV voltage = 19V, was it connected to the MPPT 75/15, and did you measure it at the MPPT PV + - terminals?

If you got 19V at the MPPT screw terminals, then the MPPT is damaged.

If you didn’t get about 19V, check the solar panel wiring, MC4 connectors, disconnect switch, surge protection device, fuse or breakers between the panel and MPPT.

Hi

On the terminals I only have 13v, on the cable from panel 19v

As I said above.

It is likely to be a poor connection on the panel supply such as a breaking wire or corroded MC4 connector or a fault in the panel itself. Such a poor connection allows enough power through the register full voltage with a multimeter but when the controller tries to run not enough power can get through. Check your panel to controller wiring.

Ok

Thanks

Will replace cables and give it at try

Or replace the mppt :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
