Victron connect isn't designed for windows?

today my victron connect app for windows is not working, it throws this error, I’ve tried reinstalling from victron website but same error. I’m working on windows 11. Any info? Thanks in advance

Have you tried turning it off and back on again

I would remove it completely. Restart and reinstall the latest version.

I am using it on windows 11 fine. Even the BT works now
