Just recently, I’ve been using the Victron AI support portal (https://ai-support.victronenergy.com/) accessible via the Victron Professional portal to sanity check my system schematics and specs, today the page loads with “forbidden” does anyone know if it’s been taken off line?

That is correct, the LLM model was still hallucinating too much.
