I have created a service report in the VC connect app and shared via gmail the To address field is not fill in
What is the email address to send the service report to
Thank you
It also doesnt fill the adress field when using Outlook as the mail client. VC 6.31
It’s meant to send it yourself or your seller/installer not directly to Victron.
You can also just add it here and explain what issue you have.
HI Matthias
thank you for confirming this
I have attached the report below
The Issue is that the Smart Shunt is not recording any trend data or I’m unable to retrieve the trend data to my Samsung Phone S20FE
I initially used both the Smart Shunt and Smart Solar charger connected to a 100ah battery lithium (ITechworld) for the purpose of bench testing a 12-volt fridge. and a portable solar blanket.
The smart shunt remained connected to the battery once i had completed my monitoring of the fridge and solar blanket. from memory i was able to retrieve the trending data from the shunt during the testing In late January early February.
I have now relocated and permanently installed the smart shunt and solar charge into my caravan which has
3 x 175w solar panels in parallel connected to the Smart Solar charger 100/50 (HQ2503MPJYN) firm ware V1.68
the smart Shunt (HQ2518AHK26) firm ware v4.19 is now connected to a 200ah battery ( LiFePRO-lithium-owners-manual_V1.052022_FINAL.pdf )_
since update the smart shunt settings i can no longer retrieve and trend data i can no longer retrieve any older than 1 minute data in the graph section either.
i have no issues retrieving the data from the smart solar charger.
any advice would be grateful

Hi Peter,
We’ve already seen the reports. It’s a bug in VictronConnect that will be fixed in the next release.
It can help if you power down your SmarShunt for a couple of minutes. Then, you should be able to see the stored data about the trends. If not, I’m afraid you should wait until VictronConnect is updated.
HI Mauricio
thank you for the information.
I powered down the shunt, repowered after 30 seconds, and this fixed the issue
Thank you
