Updated today from v3.70~9 to v3.70~15.
After that the relay controls in node red stopped working.
It is possible to see state but not possible to control output via node red dashboard since node is not working.

I see the same problem in V3.70~15.
Cerbo GX internal relay control node doesn’t work.
Did you guys try the general (orange) control node?

is showing up again in v3.70~15 if I am not mistaken and did not make a mistake myself.
My Ekrano does not show up in the dropdown-list of selectable devices with relays, only the MPPT shows up:
on an earlier installed “Relay Control” node, the Ekrano_GX (aka Venus device) disapeared:
Rebooting the device did not solve the issue.
Reverting back to v3.63 solves the issue, “Venus device” reappears:
Let me know if further information is needed and I will have an eye on the beta testing change log if it is adressed as fixed in a further revision.

Sorry, just noticed, that this issue has already been reported and worked on by victron! 
V3.70~15 Node-RED Relay control node issue?
My bad, could not find this thread, must have had a “beta testing” filter on, and could not find it in the node-red section.
