V3.60~7 - GX console v1 freezes or shows black page when Browser Tab not in focus

subject says it all…
After the update to v3.60~7 the console (v1) gets laggy/unresponsive in Browser, when you move focus to another tab

Edit: update after some more investigation…this definitely is a new behaviour.
Only GUI v1 is affected, while GUI v2 runs fine.

How to reproduce:

  • open GUI v1 in Browser
  • leave tab with v1 open, then open a second tab and start browsing for about 5-10mins
  • go back to tab with v1 → the info-page is either frozen and gets no updates or shows a black (black, not white) page. In 6 out of 10 cases, reloading the tab won’t work either.

GX is connected via LAN…Infrastructure is 10G/1G based and has no other issues.

Anyone else is experiencing this?
@mpvader any clues on how to debug further?

I don’t observe this. Also after 30 minutes the GuiV1 of V3.60~7 is still working if I go back.
I use Firefox V 133.0 (64-bit) under Linux Mint 22

OK, I can reproduce on different Clients, all use Chrome (131.0.6778.86, 64bit official build, win10 and win11)
