Since updating to v3.60~17 solar forecasting seems incorrect. Nothing else changed that I can think of causing this.
Its causing a way to optimistic schedule for tomorrow 
No changes have been made to PV forecasts.
It is also a VRM function, not Venus.
Reason I thought this could be Venus beta related, is because of the new Virtual PV which I have implemented.
But if it’s not Venus, and PV forecasts have not changed, what is causing this issue?

Well, Virtual PV was already in place, implemented with ~16, so I suspected ~17 could be the reason. See title.
If you state PV forecasts are an issue but fail to mention the mods you are using, you will never get the help you need.
Document your environment properly. No one can guess your configuration to help troubleshoot.

The virtual nodes are early beta features still. I suspect these are known already. Bear with us, and thanks for reporting.
It won’t get resolved unless early adopters like you report the problem.
