After the beta version 11betaas cancelled and taken back to version 3.53 3 my system is not working correct anymore. I try to change the soc but learned that no changes can be made in the remote console…
Tried several changes but none are saved nor keept.
I’ve admin rights
Tried to push a restart by the remote console doesn’t work.
Beta 11 was working correct here…

On your GX device, check the VRM Portal mode: is that set Read-only, or Full? In order to change things remote, you need to set it to full.
In that case, and when it then still doesn’t work: is it ok if a Victron engineer logs in to check? For that to happen you need to enable Settings → General → Remote Support.

I tried to set it in full didnt work.before the system was set back it worked perfectly. yes you may check out my system… would like it set it back to 20%. Balanced my batteries yesterday by hand.
Hi @ikke050 , I checked but I can’t access the system since its set to VRM Portal Read-only and Remote Support is disabled.
To change this you’ll need to locally access the system, not via VRM, and then change either of those two settings.
How could this happened… it was set like this nor a change was made except that the version of the firmware was changed. I’m abroad back after the Xmas… will try to do it local and update the results here…
Local the setting restored everything is working again… I have no idea what or hie the settings where changed. If you want you can check… I restored as well the settings so you can check my system.
