v3.50~9 (GUI-v2) No AC Inout or output info on drill down

I had a similar topic that was a feature request, but it turns out the feature is already there, it’s just not working for me.

On the Overview page, tapping the Inverter box brings up some details. On my system I don’t see AC in or out information, but it turns out everyone else does.

I’m running an MPII 2x120. I’ve tried rebooting the Cerbo, verifying my MPII is on the latest firmware, turning it to all the different modes, and being attached or detached from shore power and nothing changes.

Below is a screenshot of the drill down on my system.

And here is a screenshot sent by @nickdb of his system:

Are both systems configured with ess assistant?

No ESS assistant on my system. It’s a mobile (RV) system.

Ok, this may be the reason. Maybe there are more informations in the menu when you are connected to shore power?

On my boat, not able to plug into shore power at the moment but here are 2 screenshots, one with inverter on (inverter only state as no shore power) and one with the inverter off. The AC details only appear with the inverter on but do appear even though the active ac input is disconnected. Mutliplus 230V 3000VA 120A charge 16A transfer switch model.

That’s two other systems showing both lines while inverting. I’d say that’s pretty definitive that they should be there. Now I wonder what’s causing the difference? I’m open to any suggestions.

Just following this out of curiosity. I also have the same setup on my boat and have the same screens as Nick and Pwfarnell. Independent of the mode the multiplus is in, it shows me the AC in and AC out.
One difference I see is you having 2x120 volt and we all are on 230 volt. Could it simply be that 2x120 volt is not implemented yet in GUI v2?

Hmm, good point. That’s the only obvious difference so far. I guess we’d need someone from Victron to confirm this.

@mpvader Any thoughts? I’m not sure who to tag here, please feel free to untag if this was inappropriate.

Hey @jsalbre I’m not immediately sure what this is; we’ll check it.
