Since updating to v3.50~34, my Shelly Pro 3EM still appears on the classic GUI.
But not on the GUI v2. And seems to be gone in the VRM either. I updated two days ago. Before the update, the device has been recognized.
So, there seems to be an inconsistent handling. After switching to GUI v1, the data of the Shelly updates regularly.
Same problem here with v3.54 and Shelly Pro3EM. It’s shown in the device list of the classic GUI v1but not in the new GUI v2.
Any ideas?
It’s best to address issues for unsupported mods on the git page of the devs.
Most issues related to mods not keeping up with the changes in the victron ecosystem.
The new UI is also a work in progress.
Since your query is about production software, it is probably a better idea to post on the new UI category, or see if the behaviour is different on the 3.60 beta which includes many changes and improvements.
There is no git page, because the Shelly PRO 3EM did not need any mod. With the older Venus-OS-versions it worked out of the box (outbound websocket).

And the issue above is specifically about the new UI, the device otherwise appears.
Today suddenly the Shelly Pro3EM was shown in the device list of the new GUI V2! 
So it looks like, the new GUI is able to find the Shelly connected by web socket.
Then a few minutes later a second entry appeared. One of them connected, the other disconnected. And another few minutes later all disconnected. 
In GUI V1 the Shelly is always there.
