Howdy all,

I just upgraded to SOK 314ah batteries with built in heaters and victron CAN support. I have a smart shunt, smartsolar, and Orion XS.

Previously I had everything on a Bluetooth smart network. I still have that network active, and now also have wired connections with ve direct for the chargers and CAN for the batteries. I do not have regular internet connection but I can connect periodically.

My main concern is allowing the batteries to warm themaelves, as I live in a cold environment. Can anyone chime in with their experience or point me towards some resources?

This is built into the battery, should work just by itself.

Although some people do it, Victron does not recommend having both a wireless network and a wired network active at the same time.
