For three years now I am using your products for ESS and for this time I’m also Beta tester.
I appreciate very much what you all are doing. You all are communicative, very responsible, open minded and with a strong culture of improving and replying to the users.
You are every time trying to improve the software, the products and to add new functions. Also if something is already working, but in the eyes of the users and yourself not perfecr, you will improve till it’s nearly perfect.
You are very near to the users! Users can have nearly contact to the developers.
That is very seldom to observe in the market, but not only in your market.
It’s an outstanding “feature” of Victron and if I’m honest: You are the only company working in this way and with this approach I know.
I want to say Thank You to all of you! And the only thing I can do to encourage you is to buy your products, to be beta tester and to reccommend your products in every community I am a member in Germany.
That’s all I want to say to you. Especially in this section of the community.

You buy Victron products, and then instead of just accepting them as they are, you invest even more time and effort into understanding how they work, what their limits are, how they could be better in your real world uses and then provide direct ongoing feedback over long periods of time to help us get there.
I have been working in renewable energy now for nearly 20 years, and focused working with Victron products for 10, and this is how it has always been.
The tools are better now, both the Victron software itself, and also sites like this community so we can stay in touch, while still staying nimble.
Also only possible with the mutual support and assistance provided from other enthusiasts.
It really is a deep part of the company that we want to make things better, and one of the best ways to do that is listening and then working closely with those customers that can help us get there.
