I have an Easy solar 1600, cerboGX 2x 100Ah lithium battery system in my van. It is shutting down completely when the batteries get down to about 60%. I have disconnected the batteries and recharged them to 100 % separately. any help would be great

Is it the inverter shutting down or the batteries?
What voltage are they at when the shut down is happening?
How is the system programmed? Is it shutting down before the cut off voltages?
Where is the 60% figure from?
I am not sure how to tell if its the inverter or batteries.
12.8 volts now and 58% is off the shunt
I have not changed much from the factory settings
where do i find the cut off voltages?
Are they lead acid?
How did you make the changes?
The cut off voltage is on the inverter tab. Access with an mk3 adapter

So zero programming on the inverter?

You definitely need to program the default is set for lead acid.
It can also be done over the vrm
Have you programmed your shunt?
