I have a Wakespeed WS500 Pro and Nations 280 amp alternator on a 2020 Sprinter van.
What should I expect the normal amp. output to be driving down the road with say a lithium battery at 50% under normal conditions?

More information is needed to help answer your question. Hopefully no more than 280A. :grinning_face:

Can you share a few more specifics?

  1. Battery? e.g. Brand X LiFePO4 12V 100Ah with a maximum charge rate of 0.5C = 50A
  2. Does the battery have a separate BMS or internal BMS?
  3. Orion XS DC-to-DC charger?
  4. Victron Cerbo GX to connect to the BMS, Orion, and Wakespeed ?

Then folks can probably give you some idea.
