Hi There, i am looking for some help finding the correct log files in Venus. I’m from an IT background and am familiar with windows and linux log files and locations. I have a Cerbo and 2 x Victron EV Chargers. When you plug in an EV it shows on the Cerbo that there is an EV plugged into the charger. I am looking for a log where this event is recorded.
I haven’t been able to find this with a search of the community forums. It’s more generic OS level logs that show up and they don’t contain the information i am looking for. Any guidance would be appreciated.
I am trying to track down an infrequent, intermittent issue where one or both cars don’t charge overnight. The limited infromation from the cars are blaming the charging infrastructure but that all looks good and i need to find logs from the victron side.
