With the integration of all of these NMEA digital switching devices, shelly devices and virtual switches, it would be great if the individual switches in the switch pane could show the load current from the device/virtual switch.
The virtual switch could easily have an input added to this for the current to be fed into. The current could possibly be displayed in place of the “On” value once the switch is on and current is being received, if no current value is received leave “On” there. Or as a small value just under the switch.
Furthermore, it would be great if the commands could be customised other than just On/Off. Open/Close, Up/Down, In/Out FWD/Rev - just for starters.
Ultimately, I would like to see the “On” value replaced by the current, where the current is available, and circuit is on.
In the meantime, and maybe this is something others will want, is to be able to reorder circuits, and set that order. I had to use the brackets, otherwise if something was displaying a value, and something not, under my refrigeration group, the circuits were reordered each time the value appeared when the circuit was on. Bit of a PITA, so I used the brackets.
Currently mine displays temperature all the time in the circuit label, and current when the circuit is on.
