I have a system but I’m struggling to find anyone to help (I think the company I bought the system may have gone)
My system has been running no problem for several years.
A couple of days ago it triggered an alert that the BMS was having problems
InF 67 on my solarsmart.
I have turned the batteries off (they had already turned themselves off) (I turned the big red button)
I have currently turned off the panels because I’m currently not getting (or being able to use) the power generated.
My Venus GX had been having problems regarding WiFi for some time it probably didn’t help that I stopped my internet connection as well.
I have managed now to use an ethernet connection and an paying for fibre connection.
My question is am I able to switch something in the software to enable me to use the solar power without having the batteries (at least until I fix the problem with my BMS).
I have 15 panels about 5kw.
I have a BYD Battery box pro with 10kw.
I have the multiplus 48v 5000va 70amp inverter and smartsolar MPPT 250 / 100 - Tr (with display SmartSolar Control that I added)
