We have been plugged into a 30A outlet in a campsite for three days and yet our SOC remains at 60%? Our Multiplus is staying in ‘float’ mode. Do I need to reset my SOC? It’s currently set atBattery SOC on reset:Clear State-of-charge:60.3
Has it worked correctly in the past? What has changed if so? 13.49 is definitely not a full battery. Something is making the MP think the batteries are full. I wouldn’t reset the state of charge. Is your BMS controlling the charging? In other words does your battery have Victron comms plugged into a GX device? Post your MP charge settings please.
What type of battery do you have installed? LiFePO4 or something else?
I assume your MultiPlus is currently in float mode. For an LFP battery, 13.49 V would be a reasonable value and would indicate that the battery is nearly full. This could simply mean that the battery was fully charged not too long ago and, to reduce wear, the system is not intentionally charging to absorption voltage every day. In that case, the battery will only be brought back to a full charge after the configured interval has elapsed.
Could you please post your device settings and a list of the installed components? That would make it easier to determine whether everything is operating as expected.
