A VictronConnect developer is asking for a service report to take a look at that strange issue.

For that you need to connect to the device normally → disconnect → go to the menu (three lines in the upper left) → settings → service report → create
Save that file on your phone and add it to your next comment.

You need to click on “create” to create the report.

You need to upload the .log file, a screenshot isn’t useful.

I can not get it download. Comes up as an error. This is what it shows.

Can you use another phone/laptop?
I’m not familiar with iOS and can’t help with that.

If you can’t get it working you need to contact your seller for RMA.

I do not know how or why it happened but it is now back to my original screens. :thinking:I looked at it at noon. It was the screens I’d posted. Picked the phone up at 240 and it was back to my original screens.
