Hi all. We have a new build sailing ship, at present with 2 main engines and a generator. To keep the start batteries charged we have a Skylla 65 24v 3 output supplied with 240v from the generator. We have each battery bank wired up to a different output on the skylla, and the temp sensor is being used. The unit powers on, but doesn’t show any charge, doesn’t go into any program, and the screen shuts off after 30 seconds.
The unit does not pull any amps from the mains power, does not show any amps going into any of the batteries, and the voltage at the output terminals is the same as the battery resting voltage. We suspect the unit has died. Have been through and doubles checked all settings and they appear correct. Any tips before we go through a warranty claim?
