Signalk server down

Suddenly my cerbo gx has stopped sharing nmea data. The signal k server can’t be found. I’ve reloaded the firmware, rebooted and still no shared nmea data. I’ve no coding skills so am stuck with what to do next. Any help out there?

Firmware v3.72

Have you tried just rebooting the device?

Is it enabled though?

Thanks for engaging. The signalk is ‘enabled’ and I’ve rebooted and reloaded software…

So from the victron side it is reachable from here?

Did you work through any of the other basic documentation?

Is your wifi or data connection ok otherwise?

So Venus.local addresses gets a ‘server is not found’ message.

The rest of the WiFi is strong.

The documentation talks about getting into the root via an SSH. This is something I just don’t have the skill set to do. I was hoping there was something else…

I can find the signalk switch and large firmware is loaded but no server output.

Which GUI are you using and FW of OS?

I found a coder and she was able to get into the OS via SSH. She found that a plug- in was corrupted causing a fatal error. She corrected the code and now if works fine. It’s problem solved. Thanks for the help.
