Several "minor" problems with venus os + raspberry pi 3b+

I have several problem with my venus OS that run on my raspberry pi 3b+

1 - if my raspberry start without a HDMI screen connected, it won’t start. I will have red led on + green led that blinks 4 times then stop then 4 imes then stop, etc.
if hdmi screen is connected, the venus os boot, I have the console on the connected screen and I can reach venus os using the local ip address

2 - how to know the ip address of the device ? currently all I can do is to use windows and go “network”, look for the venus os device and then the corresponding web address is displayed :
http://192.168.1.35/gui-v1/
I saw in the setting that another ip address is used and works : http://192.168.1.8
please note that I don’t find this ip address using the console and linux command “ip address”

is there a way to “fix” this address (but I would like to be able to connect to it using sharing of my android wifi or my local network or any other network so I guess it won’t be possible to fix the IP. is there a way to connect it using the “name” of the device maybe ? I don’t find it in the setting of venus os

for ip address: assign a static ip from the router, or use a static configuration in the raspberry (sett it from victron connect app)

thanks but it won’t work if the device is connected to different networks (wifi from my phone, wifi from my 4g router, ethernet at home, etc.)

Please note that I only put the official venus os, last version on SD card of my raspberry pi 3b+. Without any other configuration.

My raspberry pi was tested using raspberry pi os. And it was working.

I need to do more tests because a few minutes ago it worked without any connection. No USB, no lan, no HDMI. I don’t understand what happen last time.

Also during my test this afternoon I was using a 12v battery + USB car charger (12v to 5v, 2.4A) could it explain the Venus os not starting ?

But to be honest I don’t have a real proof of the status of the device. What can I use to test it ? Ssh connection? At which address ?

Do you know if led signification on raspberry pi 3+ can be different depending on the os in the raspberry pi or if the led signification is always the same for venus os or raspberry os ?
