RPI and V.E direct

Hi,
I am using two 250/70 charge controllers in my system and using Raspberry pi to monitor them. But my RPI does not detect the devices. At first, it was not adding the second one in the device list, but now, it does not add both of them. What can be the reason?

Are you using the victron ve direct to usb cables?
Test if they are working by connecting them to the laptop, if they are then it is a Pi usb issue.
