I recently spoke with Powercor regarding an alteration application for one of my customers. We have installed your company’s inverter at the customer’s property, but while submitting the DER information, the manufacturer name is not appearing in the Powercor portal.
Could you please look into this and onboard the manufacturer with Powercor so this issue can be resolved? It would be a great help.

Probably the best way to escalate it would be to include your Victron distributor/dealer in cc and Victron email for your area directly here - Contact - Victron Energy
There is an endless number of requests for Victron to get approval, compliance and certification lists around the world. There needs to be some kind of priority, and that is usually based on demand, and ease of the approval process.
Some require difficult changes to firmware and services, others just a submission of application paperwork and a fee. The more information you can provide about what you know about the process the easier it will be for the team to prioritise.
