Quattro ii earth leakage circuit breaker

I’m installing a Quattro ii, 12V, 3000W, 2x120V in my 2024 Airstream Globetrotter, 30 RBQ with a 50A 120/240V split-phase setup. The Quattro manual section 4.4 seems to require that an earth leakage circuit breaker be installed in series with AC out connections. Watching other installs, and even looking at pre-packaged install kits, I see no mention of such a breaker to be installed on the AC-out side. That leaves me wondering if I am reading correctly that this is required? If it is required and everyone is installing it, does anyone have any advice on which particular device to use to meet Victon requirements for my 50A, split phase setup? I guess I am looking for an actual device (with model number,) and wiring arrangement for L1/L2/N, as opposed to just a generic manual requirement. I see the multiplus ii calls for Blue Sea GFCI breakers like the 309X or 310X. Not sure if those would translate well to the Quattro ii?

I see in some discussions relative to residential installs, downstream GFCI protection supposedly satisfies this requirement, but thinking my few GFCI outlets in the Airstream aren’t going to satisfy the requirement. Ha!

Any help/advice would be sincerely appreciated.

When operating in island mode without a shore-power connection, the Quattro is in inverter mode and has its grounding relay closed. This provides a proper neutral point, making the residual-current device effective.

Thank you so much. I did note this same language in the manual which reinforces the use of the ELCB and how the Quattro is designed to help that device work. I’m just hoping someone has some suggestions as to which device they used precisely. Thank you again!

Well and some research and talking to seasoned installers… I am answering my own inquiry. LOL! The Blue Sea Systems ELCI, 3104 is the breaker of choice it seems. This is consistent with advice offered in the manual for the multiplus ii. I guess I can consider this matter closed. Thanks so all for having a look.
