I have a 12v Quattro inverter installed in January 2022 in Panama. I have registered it online. An electrician bought it from a company in Florida that he says is no longer in business. I only have email spreadsheet invoices from the Panamanian electrician which shows the Victron items, tracking numbers and that I paid. No formal invoice from the Florida company since i did not directly purchase the inverter from them. I have found a dealer in Antigua, where i currently am and they have submitted a warranty request and have located the two new Boards needed to fix the inverter. however Victron is wanting the purchase invoice in order to approve the claim. According to my serial number, the inverter was manufactured in March of 2021 and so now it is out of the five year warranty. The electrician said he does not have the invoice from the florida company. How can I prove that it was installed and purchased for claim approval? I have photos of the install, I have bank records for paying the electrician, The VRM portal shows information starting in September 2022. What can I do now for approval?
