Hello Three Quattros QUA488024000 – Quattro 48/8000/110-100/100 230V VE.Bus configured for 3 x 400 V. Firmware: 26 55 55 2 → Update available, not installed yet… waiting to see what is said here 🙂 System from 2018; one unit (L1) was replaced in 2024. L1: HQ2335XPY93 (replaced in 2024) L2: HQ17414VD1E L3: HQ1808RJY3V At first, it seemed that L2 was not working properly. When starting up the system, it took much longer than the other two. We suspected that something in the installation was not right. Everything was disconnected, with just one load — a 3 x 400 V fan — connected, and the system ran! After checking everything and reconnecting it, the system now works, but on the Color Control display the connection is constantly lost for AC input and AC load. Good evening, You are only loosing the bus, the firmware update is always good to do of course. Are you sure you connected the GX to the first (master) or last (slave 2) inverter? If so, connect it to the other side, as above said, it might be that you loose the bus due to a corroded contact in that inverter and in the other it might still be as new… If still no contact, wiggle the cable in the GX just so slightly and see it works. Take magnified photos of the bus sockets, and look for a bend pin or corrosion. Regards, Jeroen. ---

Firmware won’t help, nothing in there that I recall that would be of benefit. What GX code is on the CCGX? It shouldn’t go beyond 3.55. What HW model is the new unit and did this issue only appear when it was exchanged? The CCGX is old, slow and now obsolete. Check the vrm advanced widget for the GX - dbus round trip time. It is an indication of how busy/slow the GX is. ---
