Quatro control during Cerbo Boot and DVCC external control start

We have a Set-up with 2S2P 24V MG batteries working with 3 8kVA Quattro.

We recently ran into an issue during the Start of a fully charge Battery bank. It appears that the Quattros are starting to charge unsupervised before the GX has booted. Since we have a large charge capability, the Batteries went into a overcharge condition before the boot was complete.
Any idea’s about how to prevent this?
If I understand correctly, DVCC overrides the Quatro charge parameters. Would setting charging voltage parameters to a lower voltage than near full prevent this behavior during the first minutes until DVCC kicks in?

Modify your power up sequence:

  1. DC on, let the Cerbo / GX power up and boot.

  2. Quatros: All AC OFF, turn DC on check to see they are registered on the Cerbo.

  3. Any MPPT’s DC on folowed by integration check.

At this point the system should have all dc power on, and be stable.

  1. You can now start the quatros in invert mode, turn output AC on, follow with input AC on.

  2. Turn on PV isolators.

System should now be fully functional.

If this is something you do often, then programme the inverters accordingly.

For example use lower charge voltages and if it is over amp as well then lower those as needed.
