Hello, I have a Victron system with 3x 48-5000/70 MultiPlus II units together with 6 Phytes 48100R battery blocks — the Phytes BMS controls the charging process, but I’m still getting errors. What could be causing this?

The Phytes has 16 cells … I’ve tried adjusting all the voltages as far as possible .. but I haven’t found a post anywhere that really summarises it all — if the Phytes BMS manages the charging process … and it’s also detected immediately by the Cerbo … then surely it should work, shouldn’t it .. ?
Under “Advanced” in the VRM Portal, you can activate various graphs and set the time period down to the exact minute. Take a look at the DC voltage values in the Multi, as well as the cell voltages in the battery, at the time of the alarm. This can often provide clues as to whether something triggered the error and, if so, what:
Well, 57 V for a 16-cell battery … that’s far too high as well… it will always lead to errors .. because quite often just a single cell is already too high.
Try setting the charging voltage to a solid 55 V for a while … Your errors are: cell voltage too high .. battery voltage too high ..

Hello, thanks for the right tip … followed the instructions in the PDF .. and now it works without any problems - completely drained the battery - fully charged it - everything’s perfect – like I said .. those who can read have a clear advantage … I could have done that earlier … thanks AGAIN
