Pylontech US5000 not charging fully

Hello,
I have a 3-phase instasllation with 6 Multiplus 48/5000/70, 3 MPPTs and 6 Pylontech US5000 batteries.

The problem I’m facing is that the batteries never charge more than 99% and this behaviour I think it’s affecting the Dynamic ESS since it draws a lot of power from the grid. I think Dynamic ESS is unable to complete the batter balancing and it goes on and on with the rebalancing feature.

Can you please add some more information about your system and the settings?

Do you limit the charge voltage in DVCC?
Are you running the latest firmware?

Yes, I have latest firmware on all devices and I’m not limiting charge voltage.
