I have a multi plus 2 gx. Where I have AC1 disconnected and in AC2 I have my micro inverter solar panels connected.
Any chance that in the energy flow diagram I remove the critical loads and add the PV inverters?

Afraid not. That is automatically added when you have AC loads configured in ESS.
If I connect the current sensor directly to the Multiplus, can I then configure it as PV Inverter?
Get an energy meter and configure it with the right PV inverter role.
