Issue: When our coach transfers power sources — Shore to Generator, Generator to Shore, Shore to Inverter, or Generator to Inverter — the TVs and AV components lose power for a split second every time the inverter switches sources.
We’ve confirmed all wiring connections are tight, and we’ve replaced the inverter, house batteries, and shunt. None of that resolved the issue.
The only thing that has helped — or at least masked it — is that this only happens on one leg of power. If we move all the AV equipment to the other leg, everything stays powered through every transfer.
Question: Is this expected behavior, or is it a flaw? Since one leg is the charge leg, does the inverter transfer power faster on the other leg?
