Phase rotation warning

I did program a system with Ignore AC to make the solar more worthwhile.
The system has 3 phase connected Multi II 8kVA, a Cerbo and 18 * 450Wp solar, connected via several MPPT VE.can units.
The AC wil be reconnected above 1kW load.
What happened?
The user was using a machine, 2kW, and the system gave a Phase Rotation Warning, every time the machine was turned on.

Is it possible that only 1 phase reconnects to the grid?
Will it harm?
Is there a possibility to only suppress this warning and still receive the other warnings and errors?

No. You are either receiving warnings and alarms or only alarms.

Can happen when the PF is very poor on the machine. They should look at the capcitors or something there on the motors to see what is actually wrong and sort it out.

This is possible if you are not using ESS. You have to remove switched as a group in the ve bus configuration.

Thank you for the answers, @lxonline .
Maybe i should have mentioned that the machine was on only one phase, or did you already figured that out?
The last answer:
When not switched as a group, will then the phase rotation of the outputs still 120 degrees?
There might be some 3 phase motor on the output of the inverters.

I figured. I have seen it before with both three phase and single phase motor loads

This should remain as it has been programmed.

Thanks, this helps a lot
