# Orion XS (won’t start charging due to BMS)

Good morning… I’m getting “BMS remotely blocked” as the reason preventing my battery from starting to charge. How can I avoid this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Mthias. It’s a diesel Peugeot Boxer, and when configuring the Orion, it won’t start charging the battery. I get a message saying that the BMS is remotely locked. (The jumper between H and L is already installed.)
