Hello,
I’m after some help with our system. The Orion TR DC to DC charger is working (it’s been tested by an electrician) however it is not changing the SOC figure on the control panel. For example if we start a journey with the SOC showing 50% drive for 4 hours. The SOC remains at 50% or lower.
We have a lithium battery, and a smart shunt in place.
Can anyone offer any advice on the issue?
