Occasional #38 input shutdown

Hi

I have a 2 x 5KW multiplus inverter setup, fed by a small solar input on a MPPT. very occasionally - maybe once or twice a year - seemingly on a hot and sunny day, the above error triggers and then my solar just stops. and i loose a few weeks solar until I notice and reset anything.

any ideas?
