I have a new installation, v3.54 large on a raspberrypi 3B. I’d like to enable Node-red. The toggle to enable is under Settings->Integrations->Node-RED, however it is set to DISABLED, and there is a note saying "This feature is disabled, since “All modifications enabled” under “Settings->General->Modification checks” is disabled. However this path doesn’t exist under General, or any place else that I could find.
