Sine my mail-account was hacked and I’m not able to use my mail-address anymore, I’ve no chance to move my VRM-account to my new address because of the admin rights. I have the hardware in front of me, bit no access despite the bluetooth-connection. What can I do? Is it possible to reset the Cerbo?
Hi. Many topics on this subject already on the forum.
You need to contact the original supplier with proof of ownership and ask them to escalate for you.
You can still login with the old details and add a new user, removing your old one after.
If you don’t know who the supplier is then log a ticket via the support link in our guidelines.
