New AC Charger advertisement frame format

We’ve seen a firmware update on some AC Chargers (I own a SmartIP 43), adding public advertisement of informations over BLE, like many other Victron products do.
The frame format was not settled on the current document: https://communityarchive.victronenergy.com/storage/attachments/extra-manufacturer-data-2022-12-14.pdf

And after trying to parse the frames, I can confirm they on’t match the described format.
Any pointer on where the correct AC Charger format is documented ?

@bmedici Did you get anywhere with this out of interest? Also interest in some clarification on the encoding format and the current strange odd numbered numbers of bits in the old document.
