My Color Control GX shows as connected to the internet but does not connect to the VRM. It worked up until about a month ago. The VRM connection in the color control is enabled - VRM connection Enabled ---

That is seriously old, I would update to the last version supported - 3.55 iirc. ---

Process is in the manual iirc, file on [professional.victronenergy.com](http://professional.victronenergy.com). Uses an sd or flash drive to load from the UI. ---

First I would try a simple reboot. From experience I would update a CCGX only if absolutely necessary. ---
