Hello,
I have a Victron system consisting of the following components:
Victron MultiSolar RS6000 - Firmware 1.31 (connected to L1)
Victron EnergyMeter VM-3P75CT . Firmware 1.06
Victron Cerbo GX - Firmware 3.79
Battery: 3x Bytes V5
There is a Hoymiles HMS2000 -4T connected to each of phases L2 and L3, each with 4 modules and a Shelly 1PM Gen3.
The power generated is measured by a Shelly 1PM Gen3 in each case. The Shellys are integrated correctly, and I can also see a tile labelled PV inverter on the dashboard. The power generated is also displayed correctly. Unfortunately, cross-phase charging doesn’t work. This means that when the Hoymiles units generate a surplus, it is fed into the grid instead of being used to charge the batteries. I’ve tried everything and read all sorts of things online. Unfortunately, the RS won’t charge the surplus into the battery. Is this a known problem? What could be causing it? The dashboard also clearly shows that only the PV power from the RS’s MPPT trackers is being used to charge the battery.
I’m attaching a screenshot of the dashboard, which makes this quite easy to see.
I’d appreciate any help.
