No shore power connected: everything works fine, both 24V and 230V.
Shore power connected and the Multiplus in charging mode: everything works fine, both 24V and 230V.
Shore power connected and the Multiplus in inverter mode: 230V works fine, but occasionally the 24V briefly drops out, and I believe an overload is sometimes reported as well.
What could be causing this?
Check the battery connections and/or those of the MP (terminals clean, cable lugs crimped correctly, tightened to the specified torque); if necessary, inspect them using thermography.
Were the correct cable cross-sections used? Was the required number of cables used (for MPs with two or more connections per pole)?
Use quality high-current fuses, not cheap automatic circuit breakers with a high voltage drop (which tends to change under thermal load).
Thanks for the response. ANL fuse and MEGA fuse. But there’s no problem at all without shore power.

Mostly 25 and 35 mm² cable sizes and short distances,
The larger Mp units are generally wired with two conductors per pole (the 3 kVA unit has one screw, while the higher power classes have several to reduce the contact resistance and keep the cables manageable), because a single 140 mm² cable is not as easy to route as two 70 mm² cables.
