I used two different RJ45 Cable but still not Connection

The Multiplus starts up, then Main on and Bulk show up.

I really need to charge the Lithium Batteries. Is there another way? For example, with the VE.Bus Smart Dongle, there is no admin or installer mode for the full MultiPlus settings.
